{"id":594,"date":"2008-06-09T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2008-06-09T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.professionearchitetto.it\/giordanaquerceto\/2008\/06\/09\/oggi-scrivendo-il-capitolo\/"},"modified":"2010-08-11T10:01:25","modified_gmt":"2010-08-11T09:01:25","slug":"oggi-scrivendo-il-capitolo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.professionearchitetto.it\/giordanaquerceto\/2008\/06\/09\/oggi-scrivendo-il-capitolo\/","title":{"rendered":"oggi scrivendo il capitolo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small\"><strong>oggi scrivendo il capitolo del libro su tokyo, ho inserito la ricetta che mi spiegarono degli amci nel paese del sol levante.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/farm1.static.flickr.com\/182\/432983201_739b25641e.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small\"><strong>RICETTA DEI RAMEN!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: x-small\">RAMEN RECIPE<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small\"><strong>Difficulty:<\/strong> Easy<br \/><strong>Ready in:<\/strong> 45 minutes<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span><span style=\"font-size: x-small\"><strong>You will need:<\/strong><br \/>&#8211; 1 package of ramen noodles<br \/>&#8211; 1\/2 cup of scallions (sliced)<br \/>&#8211; 1\/2 cup of bamboo shoots<br \/>&#8211; 1\/2 cup of green peppers (sliced)<br \/>&#8211; 2 or 3 Shiitake mushrooms<br \/>&#8211; 1 egg<br \/>&#8211; Dried Kelp<br \/>&#8211; 6 cups of water<\/p>\n<p><strong>The soup broth :<\/strong><\/span><em><br \/><\/em><span style=\"font-size: x-small\">If you want to make your own soup broth, it&#8217;s pretty easy and any of the following will mix perfectly with this recipe:<br \/><\/span> <span style=\"font-size: x-small\">mushrooms<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-small\"><br \/>&#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-small\">sardines<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to cook:<\/strong><\/span><em><br \/><span style=\"font-size: x-small\">(Let&#8217;s say you choose the Shiitake mushrooms soup broth)<\/span><\/em><em><br \/><\/em><span style=\"font-size: x-small\">* You will need: 1\/2 cup of shiitake mushrooms<\/span><strong><br \/><span style=\"font-size: x-small\">1.<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: x-small\"> Soak the Shiitake mushrooms in water for 30 minutes.<br \/><strong>2.<\/strong> Put the Shiitake and water in a cooking pot.<br \/><strong>3.<\/strong> Heat it (Medium heat).<br \/><strong>4.<\/strong> Turn off the heat when the water comes to a boil.<br \/><strong>5.<\/strong> Let it stand for 30 minutes.<br \/><strong>6. <\/strong>Remove the Shiitake mushrooms with a strainer.<\/span><em><br \/><span style=\"font-size: x-small\">The noodles<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-size: x-small\"><strong>:<br \/>7.<\/strong> Put 2 cups of water in a cooking pot and bring to a boil.<br \/><strong>8.<\/strong> Once the water is boiling add your ramen noodles.<br \/><strong>9.<\/strong> Wait 2-3 minutes until the noodles are tender and separated.<br \/><strong>10. <\/strong>Take off the water with the strainer.<br \/><em>The recipe<\/em>:<br \/><strong>11.<\/strong> Put the egg in a cooking pot, covering it with 1-2 inches of water.<br \/><strong>12.<\/strong> Bring to a boil. As soon as the water boils, turn off the heat. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then peel it. Cut the egg in half lengthwise.<br \/><strong>13.<\/strong> Add the ramen noodles in your soup broth.<br \/><strong>14.<\/strong> Add the green peppers, the shiitake mushrooms, the bamboo shoots, the scallions, the dried kelp and the egg.<br \/><strong>15.<\/strong> Enjoy!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusion:<\/strong><br \/>Well this is the ultimate vegetarian ramen soup! Spruzzate di sake e quando il liquido sar\u00e0 evaporato togliete la carne.<br \/>Nel fondo di cottura, fate brasare le verdure, aggiungendo un altro pezzetto di zenzero e soya.<br \/>Cuocete i ramen in acqua bollente salata e una volta pronti versateli nelle fondine, dove aggiungerete la carne e le verdure brasate. Unite qualche strisciolina d&#8217;alga, l&#8217;uovo sodo.
